I am writing regarding order #ORD-3448-SNX-5222 placed with LogicLab Toulon on August 21, 1997. I paid $864.83 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mylene V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding LogicLab Toulon. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the specialty food item I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
