I am writing regarding order #ORD-1667-GHM-4954 placed with Organic Bites Bistros Bilbao on December 7, 1974. I paid $870.98 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gino N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 05, 2025 05:43Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $169.87 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
