On March 11, 1997, I signed up for Organic Bites Bistros Bilbao's installation service at their Satterfieldside, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $899.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Justen O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
