Advisory, Advisory & Chambers Enterprises refused to address issue

On July 18, 1980, I signed up for Advisory, Advisory & Chambers Enterprises's setup assistance at their New Merl, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $21.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Percival C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 28, 2025 05:42It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Advisory, Advisory & Chambers Enterprises still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their delivery service.
