I have been a loyal customer of DigitalWave Intelligence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2689-XVN-8699) on November 22, 1977, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from DigitalWave Intelligence not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
