I have been a loyal customer of DigitalWave Intelligence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2689-XVN-8699) on November 22, 1977, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 22, 2025 06:10I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from DigitalWave Intelligence not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
