I purchased a platform from WellHealth Inc. on December 29, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maxime M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from WellHealth Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
