I purchased a membership from Homes Bros LLC on October 4, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lorenz G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Homes Bros LLC reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
