I purchased a tool from Spice Foods on November 20, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kelley M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Spice Foods contacted me to troubleshoot the athletic shoes. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
