I want to report a serious concern with The Learning Academy Dubai's item that I purchased on January 16, 1983 from your West Andreanne, Virginia store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Stella H., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $100.85 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
