On March 17, 2005, I signed up for Fare Treats Townsville Inc.'s maintenance program at their Prosaccobury, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $806.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edd F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 26, 2025 06:01Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $38.43 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
