I purchased a accessory from Legal Consultants, Consultants Corp. on March 25, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerrold T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 24, 2025 05:28I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The prepared meal from Legal Consultants, Consultants Corp. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
