Unresolved issue with Legal Consultants, Consultants Corp. product

I'm updating my complaint because Legal Consultants, Consultants Corp. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the grocery order, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
