I am writing regarding order #ORD-3933-IUF-5879 placed with Architecture Bros Seoul International on February 5, 2023. I paid $426.36 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ursula C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Architecture Bros Seoul International contacted me to troubleshoot the handbag. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
