I purchased a equipment from Consulting, Consulting & Services Bendigo on February 25, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Miles C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $222.96 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
