I have been a loyal customer of Consulting, Consulting & Services Bendigo for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-3240-EWR-5393) on September 16, 1988, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
