False promises made by NanoSoft Labs Ltd. representative

On August 28, 2000, I signed up for NanoSoft Labs Ltd.'s return process at their Brownton, Texas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $455.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Khalil N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
