I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Solicitor, Solicitor & Practice LLC. After paying $289.19 for gadget, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Isidro Q., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Apr 28, 2025 05:37I'm updating my complaint because Solicitor, Solicitor & Practice LLC finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
