False promises made by Solicitor, Solicitor & Practice LLC representative

I want to acknowledge that Solicitor, Solicitor & Practice LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $119.11 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $119.11 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
