On October 1, 2023, I signed up for The Health Path Associates's repair service at their South Halie, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $271.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rachel S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and The Health Path Associates still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
