I purchased a plan from The Health Path Associates on October 20, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nayeli X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
