I have been a loyal customer of The Easy Finds for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-7745-MUT-9476) on February 5, 2010, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 01, 2025 06:06I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from The Easy Finds not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
