I purchased a item from The Easy Finds on September 25, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Torrance C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
