I want to report a serious concern with The Easy Finds's account that I purchased on December 27, 1998 from your Labadiebury, Utah store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cassie B., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 26, 2025 05:17I've received an email from Joseph Hernandez at The Easy Finds offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The formal shoes was clearly defective from the start.
