I am writing regarding order #ORD-4633-SZY-5705 placed with Natural Tastes on April 19, 2022. I paid $997.33 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Betsy Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Natural Tastes. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the dress shirt I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
