Unsatisfactory resolution from Natural Tastes

On October 18, 1971, I signed up for Natural Tastes's maintenance program at their Lake Brendon, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $214.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sydney V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
