I purchased a platform from Secure-Tech Udon Thani on January 7, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dexter M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Secure-Tech Udon Thani has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the personal shopping service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-33F976EC multiple times.
