I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Secure Studios. After paying $421.57 for accessory, I found that it has poor quality. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Antwan T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 17, 2025 05:17I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from Secure Studios not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
