False promises made by WellnessCare representative
Complaint Details
On July 14, 1981, I signed up for WellnessCare's repair service at their Darefurt, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $493.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Steve A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 30, 2025 05:13I appreciate WellnessCare reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement television has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
