Homes Investments International refused to address issue

On September 19, 2006, I signed up for Homes Investments International's installation service at their Lake Bernadine, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $472.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cydney E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
