I have been a loyal customer of Homes Investments International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-7106-PWQ-2163) on December 27, 2017, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Homes Investments International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the blender, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
