I want to report a serious concern with Data Logic's system that I purchased on November 1, 1970 from your West Lucasbury, New Mexico store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Una F., but my issue remains unresolved.
