I have been a loyal customer of Development Partners for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-3841-WKP-7411) on January 11, 2005, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
