I purchased a appliance from Development Partners on July 10, 1981. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with April L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Development Partners finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty coffee, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
