I purchased a platform from Space & International on August 18, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Orrin P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Space & International reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement mattress has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
