I am writing regarding order #ORD-9524-ESW-4169 placed with Fresh Trade Enterprises on October 17, 2000. I paid $534.37 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Josefa V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
