I have been a loyal customer of Fresh Trade Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3040-TFP-4275) on March 12, 1997, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
