I purchased a application from Fresh Trade Enterprises on April 16, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mafalda R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Fresh Trade Enterprises, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my dress shirt. This is extremely frustrating.
