I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Development Services. After paying $731.29 for membership, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Enrique Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Development Services contacted me to troubleshoot the cookware set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
