I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Advanced Wellness Specialists. After paying $743.8 for solution, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Randy W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from Advanced Wellness Specialists not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
