I am writing regarding order #ORD-1807-LYU-1230 placed with Mega Spot Woodlands on December 8, 1970. I paid $408.47 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cristopher B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Mega Spot Woodlands finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
