I'm writing to complain about the upgrade service I received from Secure-Tech. After paying $294.36 for service, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Art S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from Taylor Anderson at Secure-Tech offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The subscription box was clearly defective from the start.
