I am writing regarding order #ORD-1976-IWQ-6695 placed with EducationMinds Inc. on June 25, 1971. I paid $685.44 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reese V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 18, 2025 05:47Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $419.49 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
