False promises made by Robo-Nexus representative

I want to report a serious concern with Robo-Nexus's membership that I purchased on August 25, 2001 from your Dickensberg, Virginia store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Delphia E., but my issue remains unresolved.
