I want to report a serious concern with Advance Education's unit that I purchased on September 17, 2008 from your West Gabeshire, Kentucky store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dangelo X., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Advance Education. Can someone please provide an update?
