I have been a loyal customer of Quality Realty International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-9981-LIK-6127) on September 2, 2020, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Quality Realty International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smart thermostat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
