I have been a loyal customer of Care Healing International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-1993-HCF-2419) on April 23, 2008, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Care Healing International, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my wireless speaker. This is extremely frustrating.
