I want to report a serious concern with Care Healing International's device that I purchased on July 9, 2023 from your North Dewayne, Colorado store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Melba R., but my issue remains unresolved.
