Billing discrepancy with Care Healing International medical center

I purchased a product from Care Healing International on April 23, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marlon U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 08, 2025 05:14I'm updating my complaint because Care Healing International finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the television, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
