I purchased a tool from Justice & Team on February 3, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alize N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Justice & Team contacted me to troubleshoot the restaurant order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
