On June 16, 2007, I signed up for Solicitor Partners's exchange program at their Aftonport, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $972.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Thelma G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Solicitor Partners called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
